Ingredients:
· Wheatgrass – 20 g
· Microgreens (broccoli or kale) – 20 g
· Water – 60 ml
· Lemon juice – 5 ml
· Ginger root – 5 g
Steps:
1. Add wheatgrass, microgreens, ginger, and water to blender.
2. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
3. Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh sieve.
4. Stir in lemon juice and pour into a shot glass.
Ingredients:
· Wheatgrass – 15 g
· Microgreens (radish or sunflower) – 15 g
· Orange juice (freshly squeezed) – 50 ml
· Turmeric root – 3 g (or ¼ tsp turmeric powder)
· Black pepper – a pinch
· Water – 30 ml
Steps:
1. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh sieve.
Ingredients:
· Wheatgrass – 20 g
· Microgreens (pok choi or pea shoots) – 20 g
· Cucumber – 30 g (peeled and chopped)
· Lime juice – 5 ml
· Water – 60 ml
Steps:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh sieve.
3. Optional: garnish with a cucumber slice.

· Microgreens (beetroot or sunflower) – 20 g
· Apple / Green apple – 40 g (cored and chopped)
· Mint leaves – 5 g (optional)
· Water – 60 ml
Steps:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Strain through cheese cloth or fine mesh sieve.
3. Serve chilled.
