Return Policy for Perishable Products
As our products are perishable, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us and return it on the same day of delivery. We strictly accept returns only on the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return:

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days if approved. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still return the product as per our Return Policy. For cancellation requests, please email us at contactus@cotyledon.co.in.
Exchanges
For the quickest resolution, please return your current item first. Once we approve the return, you can place a new order for the desired product separately.
