Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–6 hours of confirmation.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery promptly upon arrival.
Returns are accepted only on the day of delivery due to the perishable nature of our products.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us immediately and initiate a return on the same day.
Products must be in original condition with tags, packaging, invoice, courier receipt, and any documents received.

Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
After receiving your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our Return Policy.
